Footwear Outsourcing for Apparel, Department Store and Footwear Retailers

Our most recent addition is a footwear outsourcing service. Pace is the first company offering this more profitable format that replaces the traditional leased-department model. Retailers can dramatically improve sales, profits and differentiation with no dilution of focus. They are able to concentrate on their core business without the distraction of new responsibilities. The process is trouble-free and the results are immediate. Footwear is a high-value accessory, a destination product and generates increased differentiation and customer loyalty.

How does outsourcing differ from leased departments?

Leased departments contribute rent income, a small percentage of sales, to profits. Outsourcing moves the gross profit dollars to the bottom line. Outsourcing offers the same simplicity as leasing except the gross profit dollars, less expenses, exceed rental income by 60%-300%.

My stores may not have the space for adding a footwear department.
