Maritza Rodriguez-Arseneau, M.Ed, RP, CCC
Maritza is a Registered Psychotherapist, coach and workshop presenter. She has been a regular contributor to Counselling Connect, the online publication of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She has co-authored six books. Maritza has also presented nationally to audiences speaking on the topics of stress management, self-esteem, empowerment, parenting, self-awareness, coping with military life and helping children endure stress.
Maritza has practiced for over 25 years, helping individuals, children and families overcome difficulties and challenges. She has experience working with children and adults with severe emotional and mental health issues, adults on probation for federal crimes, military personnel and their families coping with the consequences of war and the stress of military life. Additionally, she has worked extensively with individuals on wellness issues, personal growth and improving their overall quality of life.
