Our case management services aim to achieve client wellness and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, identification of service resources, and service facilitation. Critical Incident Stress Management is an adaptive, short-term psychological helping-process that focuses solely on an immediate and identifiable problem. It can include pre-incident preparedness to acute crisis management to post-crisis follow-up.
P.A.C.E. Inc has staff trained to lead your team through the Critical Incident Stress Management Process.

Have you or those close to you experienced trauma? Are you in need of debriefing? Book a P.A.C.E Worker to come to your home or business and lead a debriefing session. Debriefing is best done within 72 hours of a crisis.

The PACE Program is a Student Success Initiative directed towards supporting Walpole Island First Nation students who are experiencing various difficulties that affect their success throughout the school year. The P.A.C.E Program operates out of satellite sites. Funded by Jordan's Principle.
Students do not need to be living on Walpole Island and can be attending any Lambton Kent District School to receive the supports of this program.
